Have a question, or is something not working as expected? Here are the answers to the most common questions. If yours isn't here, write to us.
Write to us
Email: [email protected].

Frequently asked questions
Where are my memories stored?
Only on your device. Livrana has no servers with your data and no user accounts, so we can't see your memories or recover them for you. That's why backups matter so much.
How do I make a backup?
Go to Settings › Backup › Save a copy now. The first time, it will ask you for a password. Keep the copy off your phone: in your cloud, your email or your computer. If you turn on Automatic copy, Livrana also keeps copies on the device itself.
How do I move my memories to another phone?
Save a copy on the old phone and take it to the new one (for example, through your cloud). Install Livrana on the new phone and go to Settings › Backup › Restore a backup from outside the phone. You'll need the copy's password or your recovery code.
I forgot my backup password
If you created a recovery code, tap “Forgot the password? Use the recovery code” when restoring. Without the password or the code nobody can open the copy, not even us: that's how we protect what you write.
I can't see my purchases on my new phone
Go to Settings › Store › Restore purchases using the same Google Play or App Store account the purchase was made with. Purchases don't carry over between Android and iPhone.
How do I get a refund?
Payments are handled by Google Play and the App Store, so refunds are requested there, under their terms. We don't receive your payment details.
How do I delete my data?
Uninstalling Livrana deletes everything in the app, including the copies kept on the device itself. Copies you took off your phone stay where you put them: delete them there if you no longer want them.
